The head mechanic was very helpful and explained exactly what he was doing when he relearned my transmission. However, the receptionist needs to work on her customer service phone skills. I called asking for a quote for some work I need done, and she very rudely said she doesn't have time to give phone quotes and I have to bring it in to get a quote. Even though I already know exactly what I need fixed. I will not be bringing my business here again due to the bad attitude of the receptionist.
This is a good place with decent waiting area.
