Had a matter recently that was out of the norm for this shop. Not a major issue, but a request was not properly relayed and therefore the service went undone. This was rather unusual as I consider this place to be the best mechanic shop in all of Fort Bend and surrounding areas. Nevertheless, this came as a surprise. The shop quickly apologized for the error, resolved the matter at no cost to me, and hand delivered my vehicle to my office. Now folks, that's customer service. That is rare today and they went beyond my expectations when it came to resolving the matter. They have a customer for life.
Service here is fantastic. I've been here a few times they diagnose it, tell you what's wrong and the price and are very honest with the repairs. When you ask how long they tend to tell you it'll take longer than it actually does but it's good to know the worst case on time and be happy to get it back early. I will continue to bring my vehicles here.

They take the time to really diagnose the issue, make sure nothing else is wrong and fix the problem the first time. You are informed along the way of progress and expected completion times. Colony One offers free shuttle service and will assist you with a rental if you want one. The great work and kind people are only surpassed by one word, HONESTY. What they tell you needs to be fixed is what needs to be fixed. My go to place for 20years.
