The staff is polite, they provide transportation or a ride if you need it, and they will keep you informed of the estimated time to complete the work and the cost. In addition, they diagnosed a problem that I had been having for awhile (the dealership wanted to charge me just to diagnose it) and gave me an estimate of the cost to complete it at another time.
They made me pay $17 for a tire change and when I got home my all metal tire caps where gone and now i only have three plastic tire caps. I refrer you to the shop three buildings across. Never coming back again.
