This is not your typical gym, here you can find real women, will power and a very supportive group with wonderful coaches. It feels like you are always welcome, they care for you.
Amazing fitness center! From the fabulous, attentive coaches to the fabulous ladies who attend, it feels like family. I don't regret a single day that I go and regret all the days I don't. There are women of every size, shape, age and race here and I don't think anyone feels like they don't fit it in or that the workout is more than they can handle. If you're trying to lose weight, as long as you come consistently and eat right, you will! If you're trying to live a healthy lifestyle and build muscle, you will! And if you just want a place to come hang out with some awesome ladies and coaches, you definitely will!

I've been a member here since a week after they opened in January 2016. I absolutely love it! The workouts are a perfect combination of strength training and high intensity interval training and with the trainer's modifications, people of ANY fitness level can go at their own pace and improve their fitness. All you have to do is SHOW UP! The women's only aspect is uplifting, unintimidating, and I have made some amazing friendships here over the last year. They are a one stop shop with excellent nutrition counseling, menus, shopping lists, delicious prepped meals, and even regular nutrition and fitness seminars to help you get every aspect of a healthy lifestyle in check. Having childcare is also a TREMENDOUS help, and this sets them apart from most boot camps and boutique gyms geared towards women. With my husband's and my busy schedules, I wouldn't be able to get my workout in daily without it!
Great work out. Unfortunately they make it very difficult to cancel. I gave written cancellation notice 30 days prior and was instructed to sign something in the office for the cancellation to be effective. They didnt tell me that the document had to be signed 30 days before as well. Now I have had to pay a VERY expensive gym membership for an extra 2 months when I couldn't even attend due to a change in schedule.
I joined Delta Life Fitness the first week of the year after a friend referred me. From the time I stepped foot into Delta Life Fitness, I felt welcome and encouraged. I love all the support and motivation from all the ladies, no one is ever judging you but instead we cheer each other. The days that I don't attend I miss the ladies from the gym. Most important, in just a few months, I am stronger, I am happier, and me and my entire family are more active. Looking forward to continue to achieve my goal. Team Delta!!
You can bring your kids and you can always ask if you have questions about food, healthy living or your workout. Do it on your own pace without the machines just with your body power.
