Early October 2017:
New location is awesome gym! Big and looks great. Has all the equipment I need. Only thing is I wish there were more "cleaning stations" all over, like paper towels and disinfectant spray. Other than that I still love this gym.
Great atmosphere, has every equipment necessary for every muscle group, new location with towel service is great; but taking away one star for opening at 7 am in the morning as this is too inconvenient to get a solid work out in the morning without being late for work. They could keep and attract more clientele if they have better hours catering to working professionals. If they’re worried about cost, they can move opening and closing one hour earlier—6am to 10pm instead of 7am to 11pm.
Not sure where to put their online shop reviews but bought one of their expensive umoro bottles because felt like splurging. Package arrived in bad condition opened it up to find a busted bottle. In my annoyance because of how much i had spent on this bottle and waited for it to arrive to find it shattered i threw the thing away. I sent their customer service an email explaining what happened and what do you know they hooked it up and I have a replacement coming on the way. Top notch service and im sure the bottle is going to be great ( I already have a Umoro). This is more a review on the staff. All good awesome people. Highly recommend and extremely pumped right now!
Amazing equipment. Locker room are very basic, but best equiped gym I've ever been to
I finally got my membership on Monday, November 6th! I'm SO excited to get back to it after being out for 6 weeks (thank goodness for modern medicine and spinal injections!) From the moment I walked in I was comfortable and it felt like home. The staff and other members are amazing and friendly. That's a tough thing to find. I'm older thsn most of them, but, they never batted an eye. I LOVE MY NEW HOME AWAY FROM HOME!
