It was such a pleasure working with Zul planning our trip the Hawai‘i. He recommended very nice hotels at unbelievable prices. The time he put in to make sure we were getting a great deal was comforting. This was our first time doing business with Zul and definitely will not be our last.

Our trip to 3 of the Hawaiian Islands (Kauai; Maui; Big Island) was outstanding. The resorts and hotels arranged by Travel Spectrum (Zul Isom) were excellent. The two helicopter flights (Kauai; Big Island) were the highlights of the trip. I would recommend Travel Spectrum highly for any travel you are anticipating. The attached picture is of a particularly beautiful sunset in Princeville, Kauai. Travel Spectrum deserves high marks!
Zul was very easy to talk and helpful with planning our vacation. We stopped by his office on a Saturday and he immediately dropped everything and came in to talk to us. We didn't know where we wanted to go but just knew that we wanted to go to a nice all-inclusive resort for our 1 year anniversary. Zul talked to us about different places and recommendations. We ended up choosing Punta Cana, DR. Leading up to the trip, Zul provided us with everything that we needed. We met with him one other time to pick some excursions and make the final payment. He called us a couple days before the trip to answer any last minute questions. Then he was available during our trip to address any arising issues. We had an excursion cancelled and the only thing we had to do was send Zul an email and he was able to get our refund. We could always get a hold of Zul (phone or email) and plan on booking our next vacation with him.
