Officers Shannon Williams made up a false police report about me. She not only gave a false statement but she also committed perjury on the stand. She went as far as to take my Texas drivers license that I received in 2015 and put it on the false report that she made in 2014. Officer Williams also made a false report that she arrested me and gave me a citation which she never did. These types of people should not be allowed to even be crossing guards, let alone police officers. I am not just talking to be talking, I do have all of the proof. I could see why they are so crooked. Even when I tried to report this to chief Rider, he had me blocked off of his Twitter. Now with a man like that having his gangster thugs backs, they are free to falsify information, lock up innocent people, plant evidence.....etc... you name it. Shannon Williams lied in her sworn statement and said that she "detained me and gave me a citation". Sergeant Russell Walton was not only also there, but he made the statement on video "can we get his child so he can get off of the property!"... it was officer kendreal Williams that walked behind me, my wife and our son as we left the school. Which was stupid on their part because we already got who we went there for. Both officer kendreal Williams and sergeant Russell Walton was subpoenaed to testify at the trial but neither one showed up. Even on the you tube video, you could hear officer shannon williams saying "oh that's Mr. Francis, he's going to do what he wants to do" as she continues to walk away. This whole police department, along with the head of the snake needs to be investigated. Chief Rider...... what a joke.
