This makes me think that their back ground checking and training is not thorough or non-existent. While in transit to the new home, I felt compelled to call the office and report regarding our concerns. The sales representative told me to give the harasser a second chance at the new home, "apologized" and claimed that he understood how we felt, but he clearly did not. He said if it happened again to let him know so he can pull him from the move, but why would he put my wife at risk of further harassment? Does this mean he cared about finishing the job at the higher 3 man rate? They did not pull the individual from the move immediately. We would have liked to see clear protocols put in place for such a situation instead of a simple apology or to report it if the harassment happened again. We were uncomfortable enough to report to their office and it forced my wife to leave her own home to get away from a potentially hostile situation. This made the move in process stressful because I could not leave her alone. More troubling was that after I raised the concern with the local office, no one reached back out to check on the situation or offer some recompense until I complained. I wrote them a similar email and a manager finally reached out but told that they fired the employee but nothing else. This makes us think this company did not care how disturbing the situation truly was to my family. We were actually afraid to say anything because the movers had access to our home and valuables. I chose this company because I believed what the sales rep said during our first conversation about providing a quality move and your company's values but now it seems that money is more important than customer safety and satisfaction. I am disappointed that we paid a premium for such a disturbing moving experience that we will not soon forget!
We hired two men and a truck to help us move today. This was by far the best experience we have had with movers! Josh, Erik and Manchi were amazing! They were professional, courteous, very friendly and fast. They wasted no time getting in our home and started packing immediately. They made sure furniture was placed where we wanted it, made sure all items were accounted for and left no trace behind when they left. I would definitely recommend this group of young men to friends and family! Thanks for helping us move into our new home!
Working with Two Men in a truck was truly a great experience. From booking the appointment to actually providing the service they were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. It also gave me a piece of mind knowing my things would be protected and handled by their approved employees. This was HUGE in my decision making. Some of the other companies I called on had no employee background check procedures in place meaning anyone could be handling my things and doing who knows what with them. Two Men and a Truck works hard behind the scenes to make sure you have the best and most secure moving experience there is to offer. I wouldn't trust anyone but them to be in charge of the things that mean the most to me. I will definitely be using them in the future for my next move.
Packers/movers were Josh, Joseph and Eric. Great team. Very professional. Hard workers. Would highly recommend over any big name movers.

Unfortunately, I am not be able to give a positive referral or reviews for this company. We were disappointed because we do not think this experience was worthy of the cost. 1. We noticed that two of the moving men were smoking a bubbler pipe (while in my new home) which l felt was unprofessional and unacceptable. 2. We noticed one of the movers had blood shot eyes and he did not seem like he was in his right mind whispering "sexy, sexy" remarks to my wife. My wife felt threatened and unsafe to the point she had to leave the house. 3. The movers also did not intend to reassemble our furniture. When I inquired they told me that they had already stopped the clock without letting me know. Also, they forgot the screws to the beds at the old house.
Everyone was very nice and professional. They arrived as agreed and got right to work. They wrapped all the furniture up in blankets, packed on the truck and delivered where requested. They got right to work and didn't mess around. Did a great job
