Very pleased with Maxx Builders!
I highly recommend every contractor to stay AWAY from them. They only hire LABOR ONLY, so if they tell you they are looking for turnkey they are lying to you. They like to see your proposal so they can copy and paste it on theirs knowing they will never hire you. Nonetheless they love to not pay you at all, so don't expect progress payments nor monthly payments, they don't follow the contract so beware. Management is also at the lowest and don't know construction. Do not get fooled by them asking for your services. Trust me there is NOTHING PREMIER about "Maxx Builders"
They never got back to me about my blue prints submitted to Christie on 12/7/2016. I called and talked with Christie about 2 weeks later to see what was going on and she said someone should have gotten back to me. She said she would call me the next day and make sure we were taken care of. That never happened it is now 3/28/2017 and still no call and no follow-up. I would not recommend them.
