Day 3 and she still is harassing. She texted my daughter saying she was coming to pickup the flowers or we wouldn't get a refund. MY DAUGHTER HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MONEY. The flowers were supposed to be a birthday surprise and now she has been dragged into all this - STOP - JUST STOP!
DESPICABLE. I ordered THREE bouquets and received the most poverty, almost wilted flowers I have ever seen. All three of my girlfriends appreciated them but obviously were somewhat disappointed. Will not be bringing my business here again, so unorganized. But let me guess, the so-called owner 'never even got my order' either.
Ordered flowers first thing this morning from the website so they would be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. 2pm this afternoon I get an email - NOT A PHONE CALL ALL DAY - to tell me they didn't have the arrangement on their website and I would need to order again. They couldn't call first thing this morning so I could still get flowers delivered for her birthday? HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I was the recipient of flowers from this florist and I have to write a review from this end of it. The flowers that I received are beautiful and last a lot longer than flowers from other florists. My only negative about this is very minor. The card didn't have a name on it and I was trying to call to find out who sent them. I couldn't get an answer on the number from the card provided. But as for the flowers, I couldn't be happier! (my son sent the flowers)

All along it wasn't the $50... what happened to customer service? They delivered flowers after the order was cancelled because they couldn't deliver what their website offered. Days of harassment.... If they had just been nice at ANY point! Imagine if they were doing your wedding flowers... Need flowers for a great event? If things weren't correct would they pick them up during your event? Or maybe use 3 day old flowers they picked up from someone after screwing up an order?
Edit: in response to the "owner", I will be happy to post my REAL receipts. Clowns.
Now I find out even after I cancelled the order they delivered the WRONG flowers anyway. They are refusing to cancel the charge AND they want me to tell my daughter they are COMING BACK for the flowers!
There are lots of flower shops - use one who has customer service and is just plain polite. - NOT THIS ONE!

This is my 4th time shopping at Yohana's Flowers & Gifts and I've had such a great experience! I didn't order online like I previously have because I was in the area and although I got there just a bit before closing time Emilia was able to assist me and was so sweet about it!
