I wish I could give this dealership less than 1 star. By far THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. If you can avoid having to go through this dealership, I would very highly recommend you do so. Countless problems could have been avoided, had they have had better sales reps and better service. I am flabbergasted that this place has any decent reviews about them. Absolutely terrible experience. Will never go back. I urge anyone to take my word for it!
I would seriously give this place a 0 star. However because of the amazing service my (third!) sales guy provided, I would have given it a 5 star rating. So my final score for this place is a 3 due to the horrible finance department that does not take any of your (this customers) consideration. I will just leave it at that.
Terrible experience. Was assigned a sales rep... Guy didn't say anything to me until we walked out of the building. I had a specific vehicle picked out from the web and ready to go. Loved the vehicle. I arrive back and told the rep I'd take it. He said give me 20 and disappeared. I watched the vehicle get test driven again... I tried getting my rep but even with a P.A page he didn't show up.
These guys did everything in their power to get me my dream car and I got it. Financing is a little high but hey I got my Maserati I'll get it re-financed in a few months. Love how the company was founded and love how they don't go by normal standards like other dealerships and banks. It was honestly so easy I thought something wasn't right, but it was. Texas Direct Auto is on the little guys side. I'll only buy cars from these guys in the future.
